Construction of a New Cafeteria and Administration Building with “ZEB Ready” Certification
The newly constructed cafeteria and administration building at Kawashima Industrial Park has achieved “ZEB Ready” certification, which recognizes buildings that reduce primary energy consumption by 50% or more. This was accomplished by using multifaceted energy-saving technologies, including natural lighting, motion-sensor lighting, high-efficiency air-conditioning systems, high-insulation glass, and solar power generation.
