Purchasing Policy

  1. 1.We continuously strive to deliver products of better quality towards our objective of contributing to people's health and welfare. In order to attain this objective we open a fair opportunity for all interested concerns.
  2. 2.We endeavor to make the significance of Eisai's existence known to many companies all over the world through the extensive use of information technology, and by this appeal to them for understanding and cooperation.
  3. 3.We seek to keep good quality and pursue reasonable prices. Therefore, we are in need of raw materials and packaging materials for our products that will serve to realize the above objectives.
  4. 4.We believe the path towards our customers' confidence lies through observing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), relevant laws and regulations such as the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, our assurance of quality and safety, and providing plain and scientific information in product packaging. We want to work with suppliers who agree our philosophy.
  5. 5.We pursue activities that will contribute to the effective use of resources of the earth and environmental conservation.
  6. 6.We pursue just and fair transactions while reviewing our own belief in and sense of value as necessary, with the constant idea that information exchange through information technology, as well as meeting and talking with suppliers is a necessary means for our global communication.
  7. 7.We will keep in mind our philosophy of maintaining coexistence and co-prosperity with suppliers and giving satisfaction to customers.
