We extend our deepest sympathies to those affected by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake in Japan.
Eisai Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo, CEO: Haruo Naito, “Eisai”) announced today that it has decided to offer a donation of 35 million yen to medical associations and pharmaceutical associations in areas where damage is particularly extensive to support medical activities in the afflicted regions. In addition, Eisai will provide aid supplies hygienic materials such as anti-microbial spray and sterilized wipes, as well as vitamin drinks to medical institution, nursing care facilities and others in the affected regions.
Eisai sincerely prays for the rapid recovery of the afflicted regions.
