We express our deepest condolences for those who have lost their lives, and offer heartfelt sympathy to the victims of the flooding in western Japan.
Eisai Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo, CEO: Haruo Naito, “Eisai”) announced today that it has decided to contribute 18 million yen of funds to support medical activities in the disaster-stricken area. In addition, Eisai will visit medical, nursing care and other facilities as well as continue with its activities to deliver hygienic materials such as anti-microbial spray and sterilized wipes, as well as goods such as nutritional drinks. Eisai will keep up its support activities in line with the conditions of the disaster area.
Eisai sincerely prays for the rapid recovery of the afflicted region.
