Through the Eisai Co., Ltd. global agreement, Eisai Inc. acquires anti-epileptic drug Zonegran® (zonisamide) from Elan Corporation. By this agreement, Eisai obtains exclusive manufacturing, developing, and marketing rights for the drug in the U.S.
