- Manage the actvities of the Grants Coordinator
- Primary interface with internal stakeholders, external investigators and educational grant requestors
- Ensures compliance with ACCME, OIG, and Pharma Code guidelines and internal policies for the medical education and investigator-initiated study grant requests for funding and support
- Ensures efficient and timely processing of all grant requests
- Analyzing medical education and investigator-initiated study data to ensure accuracy of data and creating reports for submission to upper management
- Manage grants budget
- Presents grant requests at the medical education and investigator-initiated study grant committees
- Assists in the development of Medical Education strategy with Director of Professional and Scientific Education and Medical Affairs Product Specialists
- Interface with Medical Education Companies to implement Medical Education Strategy
- Interface with Medical Affairs/Legal/Regulatory/Clinical Operations and Investigators during the Investigator-Initiated Study review/approval and negotiation process
| Qualifications- BS degree required - Advanced degree preferred
- Experience in the Medical Education - Investigator-Initiated Study industry preferred
- Demonstrated excellent communication and customer relations
- Demonstrated ability to work within multi-functional teams
- Analytical skills
- Previous management/supervisory experience a plus but not required
- Previous Pharmaceutical Experience preferred
- Clinical research/study design/regulatory experience a plus
