Senior Analyst, IT Compliance and Administration | Finance, Information Technology & Administration (FITA)
Eisai Inc. -- Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey | | | Job Description- Create, mange and lead the IT compliance program, which involves the creation, periodic review and updating of IT compliance documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), supporting procedures, IT inventory databases, IT risk management, IT training records and infrastructure qualification documentation
- Plan, coordinate, mange and lead the IT disaster recovery program. Coordinate IT disaster recovery tests with the disaster recovery site vendor and the managers of the IT infrastructure and application teams. Creates and submits the disaster recovery test reports and manages resulting remediation activities. Negotiates recovery services contracts with disaster recovery site vendors
- Primary interface with internal and external auditors during audits of IT operations and applications. Negotiates and coordinates audit responses. Manages audit recommendation activity across the IT department and submits periodic follow up responses to the auditing authorities
- Responsible for the maintenance of the validated IT SOP and SWP databases
| Qualifications- In-depth knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and associated methodology's and procedures (e.g. change control). In-depth knowledge of IT project management methodology's and tools. Knowledge of IT Disaster Recovery concepts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Degree in Computer Science or related field of study
- 7+ years experience in information systems technology, application support and 3 years experience in project leadership
